A life changing event for all women. If you wish to hold space as a Birth Doula, you will be offered the tools to stand beside a woman as she births her child. This is a "hands off birth" course where you will be given the opportunity to understand the dynamics of a woman's body and her capacity.

I have been fascinated by women and their capacity for most of my life. The first breath is so powerful and profound that as we stand witness to it, our life also changes. Holding space and serving women as they enter motherhood is uplifting and fascinating. Each woman deserves to be heard and supported however she chooses.
This course is very much a "hands off birth" approach with the recognition that birth has the capacity to change woman in so many ways. It is transformative. Out babies and the epople who serve us have a huge infuence on how labout unfolds. Many woman need and deserve to be seen and heard and to move thorugh their birth experience so they can parent their child.
